The Indian Law Institute is hosting a Conference on “The Contours of International Refugee Law and the Indian Position”, in a quest to encourage and promote academic discussions, debates and conversations around refugees and their identity within Indian laws (given that India technically classifies all non-citizens as ‘foreigners’). The Conference is tentatively scheduled for 1st February 2020.

Prospective Participants
The Conference is an apt forum for deliberations and discussions on refugee law for academics, lawyers, government official, area experts and students. Therefore, the participation of all the interested participants is sought for.
