The Indian Law Institute is hosting a Conference on “The Contours of International Refugee Law and the Indian Position”, in a quest to encourage and promote academic discussions, debates and conversations around refugees and their identity within Indian laws (given that India technically classifies all non-citizens as ‘foreigners’). The Conference is tentatively scheduled for 1st February 2020.

Prospective Participants
