The first gas transportation business started in the year 1967 with the supply of natural gas to Namrup Thermal Power Station of ASEB.

The Assam Gas Company Limited, an ISO 9001-2008 Company and a pioneer Public Sector undertaking is looking for suitable fresh and experienced candidates for the post of Assistant Manager (Legal) in the Executive & Staff cadre.

Eligibility
Education: Must be a graduate in any discipline and LLB from a Government recognized institute.
Qualification: Minimum 5 (five) years of post-qualification experience in handling land settlement matters & corporate legal issues in a reputed company or, a Practicing Lawyer in the above field.
Salary
E02 Grade (Rs.30,000- Rs. 1,10,000) Grade Pay: Rs.14,500.00/-
