Totality Corp was founded in July 2017. The first product is an online multiplayer real money gaming app – MGPL (Mobile Gaming Premier League).

Since the last 2 months, they have been working on their second product. They are aiming to change the shape of the industry with the innovative take on video by fusing it with their experience of mobile gaming.

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Analyzing Indian copyright and media laws particularly around videos and games.
2. Helping the management team co-ordinate with reputed law firms in getting advice regarding business practices that need to be compliant with the Indian laws.
3. Doing an in-depth study on Copyright laws and preparing thorough notes with specific action points for the business.
4. Drafting, proofreading and revising contracts.
5. Analysis of complex legal issues.

Who can Apply?

• Candidates who are available for full time (in-office) internship.
• Candidates who can start the internship immediately.
• Candidates who are available for a duration of 3 months.
• Candidates who have relevant skills and interests.

Qualifications and Skills Required

1. Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities.
2. Helping the management team co-ordinate with reputed law firms in getting advice regarding business practices that need to be compliant with the Indian laws.
3. Doing an in-depth study on Copyright laws and preparing thorough notes with specific action points for the business.
4. Drafting, proofreading and revising contracts.
5. Analysis of complex legal issues.
6. Looking to put their knowledge of law into commercial use.
7. Love analysing & researching law and understanding business aspects.
