About the Organizer
Cochin University of Science and Technology is a government-owned autonomous science and technology university in Kochi, Kerala, India. It was founded in 1971 and has three campuses: two in Kochi, and one in Kuttanad, Alappuzha, 66 km inland.
The School of Legal Studies was established as the P.G. Department of Law of the Kerala University in 1962. Pioneering effort of the School is encouraging P.G. studies and research. Its commitment to social development has made it develop teaching and research in socially relevant and nationally important emerging areas of law.
About the programme
Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), School of Legal Studies is organising a five-day Faculty Development Program on Skill Intensification of Teachers through Technological Integration.
Faculty development programme is designed to improve the performance of faculty members in education, research and administration as well as augmenting organizational capacities and culture.
Wide range of activities is included to support faculty members’ role. This programme is intended to provide an opportunity for the teaching fraternity from various colleges and universities to explore new frontiers of knowledge imparting the latest technical knowledge to the students.
The objective of FDP is to provide advanced training on IT, Pedagogy and Research for Academicians.
Dates: 4th to 8th November 2019
Venue: Seminar Hall, SLS, CUSAT, Kochi, Kerela
The course content includes:
- Integrating technology into teaching, learning, and research and master new computer-based educational programs.
