About the Organizer

SOA National Institute of law (SNIL), a premier law institute under Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (Deemed to be University) was set up in the year 2010 with the objective of being the centre of excellence in legal education and research.

SNIL with the state-of-the-art facilities envisions imparting quality and researching oriented professional education with a team of dedicated and experienced faculty. SNIL offers Bar council of India (BCI) approved Five Year Integrated Law programmes i.e. BA.LLB(H) and BBA.LLB(H) at the Graduate Level, and the one year programme in Master in Laws i.e. LL.M with different specializations at the Postgraduate Level and PhD programme in Law.

Faculty of Legal Studies, SOA National Institute of Law, Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (Deemed to be University), Bhubaneswar, Odisha is organizing an International Seminar on LEGAL INTERPRETATIONS OF PROFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT IN INDIA: A MULTIDISCIPLINARY APPROACH on 23rd November 2019 to 24th November 2019.

2. Professional Misconduct in Government Services
3. Medical Ethics and Negligence in Healthcare Services
4. Professional Misconduct in Corporate and Private Sector

Call for Papers

Research papers on the specified sub-themes are invited from Academicians, Professionals, Research Scholars and Students.

Please send your abstracts on or before 10th November 2019.

Registration and Payment Details

Professionals and Academicians: Rs. 1000

Research Scholars and Students: Rs. 500
