Eligibility
- The candidate must hold a PQE of 1 year to 3 years.
- The candidate must have knowledge of drafting of plaints, complaints, petitions, appeals and SLPs.
- The candidate must have a good command over written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- The candidate will be responsible for drafting of agreements and contracts.
- The candidate will be responsible for handling matters before the NCLT, NCDRC, ITAT, DRT, District Courts and Tax Authorities.
- The candidate will be responsible for transaction advisory and structuring.
- The candidate will be responsible for handling matters regarding Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Income Tax Act, Consumer Protection Act, RERA, Arbitration and Conciliation Act and other commercial laws.
Salary
The candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 15,000/-
