About the Organization
To catalyze the holistic and rational thinking faculties among the law-students and to bridge the gap between the legal scholarship, academia, and the professionals, Niti Manthan stands committed. It is an initiative to motivate and inspire young students on various socio-legal themes and to guide them traverse the righteous path throughout the endeavour of their personal and professional lives.
By having a direct interaction and by the exchange of views with experienced legal minds, it is hoped that the young law students and scholars will be immensely benefitted. Started with monthly lecture series and research projects, Niti Manthan is now venturing into certificate courses
About the Course
Classroom Certificate Course on Constitutional Law and Philosophy Law
Subject: Constitution Law and Philosophy
Important Dates
- Commencement: 7th September 2019
- Duration of the course: 3 months (classes only on weekends)
- Duration of classes: 2 hours
Location
Delhi, India
Curriculum
The coursework shall include the philosophy of Constitutional Law, Comparative analysis and understanding constitutionalism in Indian perspective.
The course curriculum of universities like National Law University- Lucknow, Delhi University, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, and Jamia Millia Islamia has been consulted while drafting the syllabus for the certificate course.
Location: Central Delhi
Who can Apply?
A student pursuing LLB (3yr or 5yr course), LLM, or having an interest in understanding Constitutional law and Philosophy
Consideration
Although there is no charge for the classes, the certificate shall be provided only when a student attends min. 80% of the total classes.
