Job Description
Applications are invited preferably from candidates in Chennai/TN (for logistical convenience) to join a law office specializing in Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 at NCLTs across India and other corporate, commercial laws. Primary focus practice is at National Company Law Tribunals apart from High Court/Civil Courts & expanding non-litigation and RERA practice.
Work Description: Associate position in Office mainly into Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016, Company Law 2013 and other corporate, commercial laws – litigation and advisory – complete case management – review, drafting, legal research, attending NCLT hearings, client meetings, etc. Also other corporate advisory work, Companies Act 2013; contracts drafting & review; arbitrations, RERA.
Qualifications and Skills Required
Qualification: Law Graduate with 0-2 years’ experience.
