Description
This book will explore the emerging concept of Environment with its impact on Human Rights, an emerging area populated by multiple disciplines including law, science, and ethics.
Environment law challenges the premise that humans are separate from nature and recognizes instead that humanity is now a global geophysical force, a unique species with the ability to intentionally shape the Earth system.
The main purpose of this book to focus on what pathways should Environment law develop to ensure it makes a positive transformational contribution to the environment and human right governance? What contribution can environment law make to help legal systems adapt to the new realities of the Anthropocene? etc.
