About the organisation
The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (also known as RERA) is an Act of the Parliament of India which seeks to protect home-buyers as well as help boost investments in the real estate industry. The Act came into force from 1 May 2016.
It establishes the State Real Estate Regulatory Authority as the government body to be approached for redressal of grievances against any builder.
Job description
Applications are invited from Law Graduates who have graduated not before academic session 2016-17 for contractual engagement as “Law Trainee” in UP-RERA, i.e. Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority for a period of one year.
Note: After one year, outstanding trainees could be considered for another one-year extension, but no extension will be considered beyond 2 years.

1 (one) position for Lucknow Headquarters and 2 (two) positions for Regional Office, Greater Noida.
Location
Lucknow and Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Eligibility
- The candidate should be a Law Graduates who have graduated not before academic session 2016-17.
- The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience of working in the court of law or a reputed law firm.
- Applicant should be below 28 years.
- Preference will be given to candidates who hold an integrated 5 Year LLB Degree from an institute recognised by the Bar Council of India.
Salary
Rs. 30,000/month.
