Call for Papers: Seminar on Human Rights @ NUSRL, Ranchi [June 8]: Submit by May 15

About the organization:

National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL) is a law university located in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India. It was established by a legislative act, by the State of Jharkhand as the fourteenth National Law University of India.

Centre for Human Rights and Subaltern Studies (CHRSS) was created with an objective to work on protection of human rights. The Centre focuses on various human rights issues.

About the seminar:

This One Day Seminar is designed to focus upon creating a platform of wide conversation, providing an opportunity to the Students, Academicians & Law Professionals to put forward their research and share their knowledge on a wide range of topics relating to Human Rights and their day-to-day expanding horizons.

The Seminar gives an opportunity to interact with public of the highest knowledge and share their thoughts and ideas.

The seminar will provide a unique opportunity for Lawyers and associated professional members in the region to exchange insights, explore current policy and practice, issues and exposure to a professional network of colleagues with shared interest and expertise.

The Seminar offers high-level content, relevant not only to Students but also to Advocates, Policy Advisors, Academicians, Judicial Officers and to a range of Non-Government Organisations.

Topic: Seminar on Human Rights: social integration and challenges

Venue: National University of Study and Research in Law, Pithoria Road, Bukru, Kanke, Ranchi, Jharkhand, 834006, India.

Eligibility:

Submissions from academicians, students, legal professionals and researchers, to come up with their contributions.

Theme:

The theme of the seminar is “Human Rights: Social Integration and Challenges”.

Call for papers:

Participants & selected paper presenters (including Author and Co-author) will be required to fill out the form which will be sent through email after intimation of the selection of the Paper or upon request for participation in the Seminar.

The registration fee needs to be paid by May 24, 2019.

Publication of Papers submitted will be subject to the scrutiny of the Publisher.

The Organizers invite original & unpublished Research Papers from Academicians, Law Professionals and Students on the above-mentioned sub-themes. The submissions must be relevant, up-to-date and of interest to the academic community.
