Job description:
The firm is looking to hire 2 associates, one with experience of 2-4 years for Real Estate Profile and one with 0-1 year experience for Intellectual Property Profile.
Details of the job description include:
Real Estate Profile
- Conducting due diligence.
- Preparing the due diligence report.
- Inspection of original title documents.
- Visiting client office on a regular basis.
- Drafting of notices/ replies/ sale deeds/lease deeds/agreements/licenses etc.
- Drafting legal opinion/ memorandum.
Intellectual Property Profile
- Trademark/ Copyright Search.
- Filling applications for trademarks/ copyright.
- Drafting reply to office actions.
- Preparation, maintenance and updating the IP portfolio.
- Filing opposition/ objections raised on the applications.
- Visiting government offices in relation to trademark/ copyright filings.
- Taking necessary actions against misuse, infringement of trademarks and sending cease & desist notice to the infringer.
- Liasoning with the Indian and & Foreign attorneys.

Eligibility:
The Applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in LLB.
