ANA ARC Private Limited is an asset reconstruction company. We obtained the certificate of registration from the RBI in April 2018.
ANA ARC is the only asset reconstruction company in the state of Karnataka. We primarily focus on acquiring non-performing assets from banks and financial institutions with a focus on resolving stressed assets. We are currently an eight-member team sitting out of an office at Domlur, Bangalore.
Job description
We are looking to build out our in-house legal team. In this context, we are looking to hire across various experience levels ranging from newly graduated candidates from National Law Schools or similarly reputed schools and associates with 2-8 years of experience.
The lawyers should have experience and interest primarily in civil litigation.
Specific experience pertaining to trial courts, real estate laws, banking and financial laws, recovery proceedings and enforcement of security interests under various provisions of law including The Recovery Of Debts Due To Banks And Financial Institutions Act, The Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
