Job description

Legal research and preparation of case briefs / case notes.

Drafting Writ Petitions, Appeals, Written Submissions, Pleadings before High Courts, Income Tax Appellate Tribunals, NCLTs, Commissioners of Income Tax across India.

Drafting Legal Opinions, Legal Documents, Notices, Agreements.

Supervising filing of cases by office staff before the High Court, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Commissioner of Income Tax, National Company Law Tribunal.

Assistance in hearing before Courts and Tribunals.

Court Appearances as and when required before High Court of Delhi, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Commissioner of Income Tax, NCLT.

Any administrative work relating to ongoing cases.

Preference will be given to candidates with interest and background in Direct Taxation Laws and Commercial Laws.

Eligibility

Intern: The candidate must be enrolled in LL. B. Degree course from Recognized University and must be well versed with English Language.

Associates: The candidate must be a Law Graduate from a recognised university, with 0-2 PQE with basic understanding of Taxation and Commercial Laws.

Candidates must be proficient in English language.

Remuneration

Based on experience.
