Rakesh Maharshi and Associates, Advocates and Consultants in Jaipur are looking for a Legal Associate who has completed his/her law from any recognized university throughout India with a good aggregate/ cumulative score. Experience of the individual should be 0-2 years.
The following nature of duties and work of the associate inter alia include the following
- Appearance in Court
- Legal research and preparing briefing / case notes
- Drafting
- Supervising filing of cases by clerks.
- Assistance in hearing before Courts and Tribunals
- Any administrative work relating to cases etc.
