Happay is looking for interns and full-time employees for its Legal team.

Role: Legal Executive/ Assistant

Work Location: Bangalore

Qualification

• LLB/ B.A. with relevant experience. Minimum 0-2 years experience in any corporate, handled documentation and internal coordination for the team.
• Good communication skills – oral and written,
• Good analytical skills and the ability to quickly learn on the job.
• Expertise in MS-Office, Excel.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

1. Assist with standard contract review, developing and implementing new and simplified processes.
2. Draft and assist in updating templates for the new and existing business models, products and services.
3. Maintaining trackers, coordinating agreement approvals and execution.
4. Tracking documents, preparing and maintaining status reports.
5. Word processing, performing general office tasks and coordinating other legal and administrative matters directly with the business groups / external counsel.
6. Review of NDA, Vendor Agreement, Service Agreement, Lease etc.
7. Prepare, review and modify standard contractual documents to assist and support various business activities
