JOB SUMMARY
Interacting with prospective customers of Rainmaker’s online learning programmes and responsible for conversion on sales leads.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excited about joining a team of passionate individuals trying to solve real problems.
Someone who finishes his job before going home.
Ability and experience in relationship building and customer servicing.
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge.
CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE
Graduate or pursuing graduation in any stream; a degree in law is highly preferred
Fresher’s are invited to apply. However, 0 –3 years’ experience, especially in student counselling or Sales of education programmes will be looked upon favourably.
COMPENSATION
We offer a competitive salary commensurate with the candidate’s level of experience and skill. Additionally, suitable candidates may also be placed on a commission plan.
Commission plans typically tend to provide candidates with the opportunity to make between 50-100% of the base salary, subject to performance and revenue generated.
