The Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry is setting up a Centre for Mediation and Concilliation (‘CMC’/ ‘Centre’) for commercial disputes. The Centre is looking for interns who have an interest in ADR and policy work.
Responsibilities: Interns will play a crucial role in the formation of the CMC, their responsibilities include researching and drafting procedural rules for the Centre as well as helping in setting up the legal foundation for the Centre itself. In addition interns may be required to assist CMC with policy research on aspects related to mediation.
Eligibility: Law students enrolled in 4th or 5th year in 5 year course or 3rd year students in 3 year course.
Duration: Minimum Internship shall be of 4 months.
Stipend: Rs. 10,000.

Interns shall be awarded certificate of internship on completion.
