This call for chapter is for contributions in an edited Book on the theme “Panoramic Perspectives on Intellectual Property Rights Law”.
The theoretical conundrums presented by the union of the seemingly divergent notions of
‘intangible’ and ‘property’ have been abundant and varied.
These theoretical conundrums have fast turned into practical legal problems, notably over the past three to four decades, with the economic players keen on realizing the proprietary rights in the metaphysical ‘things’.
Each year, more legal issues emerge than are settled by lawmakers and courts. It is therefore, that the role of the academic becomes imperative in the field of intellectual property law.

Authors who do not follow these guidelines may have their submission returned to them without being reviewed.
