Admission Open: 3-Year LLB, 2-Year LLM @ RGSOIPL, IIT Kharagpur: Apply by March 28

Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law, IIT Kharagpur invites applications for the 3-Year LLB with honours in Intellectual Property Law and the 2-Year LLM programme.

Eligibility

3-Year LLB: First Class Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology/Medicine or equivalent OR First Class MBA degree with any of the above.

2-Year LLM: First Class or equivalent in Bachelors of Law LLB/BL (5-Years) from any university OR First Class or equivalent in Bachelors of Law LLB/BL (3-Years) from any recognised university along with Bachelor’s Degree (not less than 3 years) in Humanities/Science/Commerce or equivalent OR LLB Degree from RGSOIPL with CGPA of 8.5 or above will be eligible for direct admission to the programme.

Important Dates

• Online Submission Completion: March 28, 2018
• All India Entrance Exam: April 29, 2018
