The Organisation started to enlighten the issues of Consumers about their rights and to create awareness about their Rights and the Consumers who are the victims duped by the Traders and especially the online fraudsters (e-commerce platforms) and not having any kind of hope to sue the Fraudsters.

The Question arises that what we do and what are our Objectives?

To Create awareness among the Consumers about their rights and responsibilities in all over India and to motivate them to assert their rights not to be Compromise on quality and standards of goods and services.

To seek Redressal in Consumer Court to get Justice whenever required.

To involve and motivate various section of Society such as Consumer Organizations, Men, Women and Youth to participate in the programs.

The activities to represent and  force Central and State Governments, Whole market Traders, Companie including Consumer Courts for benefit of Consumer rights that they should not be cheated or Swindle in any field of their life.

Basically this Organisation is based upon the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

Everyone who is a major from all over India and abroad can join this movement.

Join this Movement and raise your voice and stand for the Consumer Issues and their Rights.

Consumer Protection Committee Of  Telangana – CPCOT is a Society/NGO with Registered no. 512 of 2017 under Telangana Societies Registration Act, 2001 at Hyderabad by the Government of Telangana State.
