About the Start-Up

Advomate is an algorithm based web-application which aims at revolutionising the process of drafting legal documents to cater to the needs of lawyers and other (commercial) professionals.

Work Profile

The work primarily involves you to delve into the intricacies of the document at hand, (For example: Company Petitions, Company Appeals, Merger Agreements, Deed of Absolute Sale etc.), acquaint yourself with the same, visit and co-ordinate with lawyers and the concerned departments of law firms and collaborate with the professionals there to ‘create’ comprehensive drafts.

Note: The work will be preceded by a comprehensive session on guidelines to drafting deeds and documents, with continuous mentoring throughout the internship on drafting. Students who are already familiar with drafting and those who seek to hone their drafting skills immensely may apply.

What we look for:

1. Previous working experience of a minimum of one internship.
2. Whole-hearted dedication of your time to our start-up, and adherence to all our deadlines.
3. And most importantly, fluency in legal parlance.

Duration

Minimum: 1 Month

Ideal: 2+ months (Study leave for exams negotiable)

Location

Strictly for Mumbai-based students.

Office: 4 days a week.

Work from home: 1 day a week.

Remuneration

Reimbursement of expenses. (For all)

Additional Document Based Stipend. (Only for standard, satisfactory and timely work)
