National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi extends a warm invitation to your institution to be a part of the second edition of its annual fest, ULGULAN  to be held from 2^nd to 5^th November 2017. Having received an overwhelming response last season, we are back with the most awaited events ever, this year too. ULGULAN 2017 is hosting multiple events, sweeping in its sphere Nukkad Natak, Battle of Bands, Extempore Moot Court Competition, Cricket Tournaments, FIFA, Counter Strike and what not! To go slow on the rush of competition and pamper yourself, absorb in great music, good food and the soothing weather of Ranchi, and have wholesome fun by participating in varied informal filler event like Treasure Hunt, Photography Competition, Turn the Court and a lot more.
We believe in working hard and partying even harder. So where all the vibrant young people from round the country come to compete and celebrate, it is not us but the vibes that ensure you a mesmerizing 4 days package of unlimited fun, star-studded pro nights, exciting prizes and delicious savories.
