Responsibilities
Use legal skills to review, analyze and abstract a wide range of contracts mostly pertaining to commercial agreements.
Identify, abstract and record selective information from the contracts.
Identify and summarize legal clauses.
Report to project managers.

This internship would help you gain a hands-on experience to understand the nuances of commercial contracts, and give you an insight into the process of contract drafting, negotiation and management.
Basic Qualifications
Education: Pursuing Law, or LLB/LLM, Candidates competed their graduation and looking for job opportunity may also apply
Work Experience: No prior experience mandatory.
Basic Computer & MS Office skills.
Language: English
