JOB DESCRIPTION:
Drafting, review & negotiation of domestic as well as international contracts, Legal advice on a specific or particular contract, Identifying risk and issues embedded in the contract and suggest best solutions to overcome the risk, Responding to questions on contractual compliance and obligations, Legal advice on corporate legal & HR matters etc.
COMPETENCIES:
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Good legal knowledge
- Basic knowledge of MS word, excel, power point
- Good comprehension
QUALIFICATION:
- LL.B
EXPERIENCE:
- 0-2 years
LOCATION:

REMUNERATION:
