NIPO IP Academy’s Expert Program in Patent Law
The NIPO IP Academy has launched a 4 month online course on Patent Laws. The last date to register is Dec 15th.
T C JAMES is President, NIPO and former Director (IPRs), Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion (2001-2009). Earlier, he had been Deputy Registrar, Copyright Office (1996-2001). He is also member of Editorial Board on Journal of Intellectual Property Rights.

It is meant for those appearing for patent agent examination and those who are looking for a course for expertise in patents.
This course is Indian patent centric.
The applicants need to appear for an online examination for NIPO’s certificate on ‘EXPERT PROGRAMME IN PATENTS’. This examination will be conducted at the end of the course.
The examination will consist of multiple choice questions and will carry 100 marks.
