Job Description
Must have expertise in IPR valuation, filing and application process. Should have thorough knowledge of contract/agreement drafting, patent research. Handling trademark and copyright by providing contextual advice and expert guidance in trademark application.
Key Responsibilities
Handling intellectual property rights, trademark and copyright application of IPR by providing contextual advice and expert guidance in trademarks and copy right sector.
Completing the prescribed procedures for the registration of new trademarks and copyright and enforcing trademark/copyright rights in the instance of infringements.
Handle trademark and copyright oppositions, revocations, invalidations and assignments.
Drafting of contracts related to IPR and all other contacts of corporate sector.
Experience
Candidate should have excellent communication skills, A lawyer with 2 -3 years of experience.
Salary
Rs. 2.5 -3 lacs per annum
