Senior Counsel – Mergers & Acquisitions
Requirements
The candidate must have more than 10 years of experience in handling all aspects of corporate law including mergers & acquisitions, joint venture deals, companies Act, & Foreign Direct Investments (FDI).
The candidate must also have basic knowledge of taxation laws including transfer pricing.
He or she must have worked with Fortune 500 corporations and should have lead corporate legal teams for more than 5 years out of the total work experience.
He or she should be a great communicator and open to travelling.
