West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS) Intellectual Property and Technology Laws Society is organising the 3rd NUJS IPTLS Essay Writing Competition, 2016.
Theme
The broad theme for this year is “Recent Advancements in Technology and its effects on Intellectual Property Rights”
Participants may choose to write on any of the following sub-themes:
1. Standard Essential Patenting
2. 3-D Printing
3. Any other IP Law related issue that has been arisen from recent advancements in technology
Prize
The winning entry will receive Rs. 8,000.
The Runner up will receive Rs. 5000 and the third best entry receives Rs. 2000.
The best entries will be considered for paper presentation in the University.

Deadline
Please note that abstract of the essays should be sent to the email ID by 11:59 PM on 20th December, 2016.
The final submission is to be sent in as per the prescribed guidelines by 11:59 PM on 31st January, 2017.
