Call for Blog Posts

The KIIT Centre for Insurance and Banking Laws (KCIBL) is the flagship centre for research in Insurance and Banking related laws for the School of Law, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

The School of Law, KIIT University, hereby announces call for blog posts. We extend our invitation to law students (both postgraduates and undergraduates), professionals, lecturers, policy makers and others to send in their write-ups on contemporary issues of law.

The blog, seeks to generate interest for a better understanding of the major areas of law and also to provide a national and international forum for debate on the comparative, analytical aspects and issues on a rolling basis.

The blog post would highlight the contemporary legal as well as the current issues from areas dealing with Banking as well as Insurance sector, which have been giving impetus to deliberation, not only among the student community but also within the entire legal fraternity.

Submission Guidelines

Submission to the KIIT Centre for Insurance and Banking Laws (KCIBL) should adhere to the following guidelines:

 All blog posts should not be exceeding 300 words.

 The submission are to be made only in Microsoft Word Format (.docx or .doc files) by sending an email at kiit.cibl@gmail.com

 Sub-headings will be formatted in Normal with case size 12 in Times New Roman and Bold. The body of the writing will be formatted in Normal with case size 12 in Times New Roman.

The submission shall also contain a separate Cover Letter as an attachment enumerating the following details:

 Name of the author

 Designation: e.g. Student at ABC/Manager at XYZ

 Address of the author

 Phone Numbers of the author

 The KCIBL holds the power to disqualify any author’s work which is in non-compliance to these guidelines and also, holds the final copyright and all other rights regarding the work that is published after receiving such approval for publication and transfer of such rights from the author.

 The Blog posts shall be published on the website.

 Authors will get an E-mail within 10 days of submission regarding acceptance.

 Authors will be entitled to no remuneration or other benefits. Authors will receive E-mail acceptance from our E-mail id: kiit.cibl@gmail.com and increased internet presence.
