Job Description
1. Preparation of case briefs, opinions relating to Corporate Laws, Real Estate Laws, IP Laws and Debt Recovery Laws.
2. Attend regular court proceedings before the Madras High Court amongst other forums.
3. Assist in Research Work.
Experience
2 – 3 years of experience in litigation with excellent drafting skills.
Expected Salary
Rs. 10,000/- per month [which shall increase subject to the skills, capacity and efficiency of the candidate].
