About
Ever since its launch in July 2015, the RMLNLU Law Review Blog has been acclaimed as a distinctive forum for quality legal scholarship in a very short span of time. The Blog has recorded publications on several issuing trends in law.
This involves incorporating articles on hot topics like the Shruti Seth Controversy, Drone Aviation and Regulation, Bitcoins, and of course, the GST. We have also published critiques and opinion pieces on subjects like Media Reforms and Online Arbitration.
This is essentially with a view to apprise our readers of the sheer dynamism that the legal landscape is going through. The Blog greatly owes its success to its contributors who have consistently brought to our readers fresh and informative content in every published edition.
We invite entries on a rolling basis throughout the calendar year from members of the bar, legal professionals, law students, and others who are interested in publishing with us and wish to further legal discourse.
If you are interested in submitting a piece, kindly mail us at blog.rmlnlulawreview@gmail.
Authors are requested to adhere to the following submission guidelines:
Articles should have content that is both original and unpublished.
Articles should be submitted in Microsoft Word format.
Citations should conform to the Oxford Standard for the Citation of Legal Authorities (OSCOLA) (4th Edition).
Articles should not exceed 1500 words, excluding footnotes.
Co-authorship is allowed.
