Bangladesh Institute of Law and International Affairs (BILIA) is a leading research institute in South Asia. It studies and conducts research on different legal and international issues.
BILIA publishes a biannual law journal named – Bangladesh Journal of Law. The journal publishes articles on all aspects of contemporary issues on law and jurisprudence.
We invite you to contribute in the Bangladesh Journal of Law for its next issues [Vol.16 No.1 (June 2016) and Vol.16 No.2 (December 2016)].
Bangladesh Journal of law solicits unpublished original contributions. Unless specifically stated otherwise, we shall assume that submitted articles are not under consideration for any other publication at the time of submission.
For articles, manuscripts should preferably be in between 5,000 and 12,000 words (including an abstract of not more than 250 words) and for case comments and book reviews, not more than 2500 words.
All manuscripts should be type written and double-spaced with at least 1 inch margin on all sides. A short biographical note indicating author’s present position, degrees, recent publications and current address should be supplied on a separate page.

It is a condition of BILIA Publications that authors’ grant an exclusive license to BILIA permitting it to reproduce and/or disseminate the author’s contribution or elements of it (e.g. abstract).
In signing the license the authors retain the right to use their own material and we request that BILIA Publication is acknowledged as the original place of publication.
