Rayat-Bahra University, Mohali is organising its 2nd Moot Court Competition, 2016.
In the continuance with our tradition we are hosting the event for its 2nd edition which is scheduled to be held from 26th March to 27th March, 2016 at University School of Law, Rayat-Bahra Univeristy, Mohali.
The moot problem is based on a burning issue relating to Environment.
Sitting Judges, practicing advocates, academicians and experts in the field of environment law shall be invited to adjudicate the competition.
Awards
1. Winner Team (FIRST PRIZE) – Rs 10,000/-
2. Runner up Team (SECOND PRIZE) – Rs 6,000/-
3. Best Memorial – Rs 3,000/-
4. Best Mooter – Rs 2,000/-
5. Best Drafter – Rs 2,000/-
6. Best Researcher – Rs 2,000/-
Registration
Each team can register provisionally by emailing on mootsociety.rbusl@gmail.com marked as “Registration: National Moot Court Competition, 2016” as the subject.
Registration is strictly on first come first served basis on or before 29th February, 2016 by 12 PM.
To complete the process of registration, all participating teams are required to submit the complete registration form, duly signed and stamped by the Head of Institution/Principal/Head of Department along with the Demand Draft (DD) of in favour of “DEAN UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF LAW payable at SAHAURAN, MOHALI”.
The aforementioned documents must be sent (ONLY THROUGH SPEED POST) to:
