Job Description
1. 1-3 years corporate law experience with a law firm/ company;
2. Good Exposure to contract drafting and negotiation;
3. Basic private equity experience;
4. Drafting shareholder’s agreement, share purchase agreement, share subscription agreement, Share pledge agreements, loans agreements;
5. Basic Litigation Experience
