Job profile/nature of work
The job profile will be mix of handling non-litigation work along with litigations at the Bombay High Court, Trial Courts, Tribunals.
Practice areas
Corporate Commercial Disputes, Intellectual Property Disputes, Debt Recovery to be broad.
Skills required
4-5 Years Post Qualification Experience preferably having worked with a reputed law firm.
Work would involve a lot of commercial documentations, drafting and court appearances.
Therefore, needless to say, we are looking for someone with excellent english, research and drafting skills. Above all what is crucial for us is that the candidate should be passionate about law and has a fire in the belly to crack the most intricate legal puzzles.
The candidate should enjoy non-litigation and litigation and should have an attention to detail, a desire to learn and should be willing to work hard and meet deadlines.

Salary
We can pay a fixed retainer of Rs. 15,000-25,000/- per month.
Depending upon the qualifications and experience, we can work on an incentive based scheme.
