The United Nations Office in Geneva (UNOG) is offering a three-months internship in the Political Affairs and Partnerships Section, starting January 4, 2016.
The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Senior Political Coordination Adviser, researching country profiles, analysing topical issues in international affairs, and assisting in the planning and organisation of seminars, workshops and other events.
Please note that this internship is not paid and full-time; interns work five days per week.
Eligibility
Graduate or undergraduate students in the final academic year towards a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Development studies, International Science, Politics, Communication, or other related fields.
Applicants are expected to be computer literate, and demonstrate excellent communication and organisation skills, as well as their ability to work in a team.
